Please upload one pattern file at a time and select how many pages are in the file. We consider one page for printing to be 36″ x 48″ or A0 size.

• If your pattern pages are longer than 48”, it will need to be counted as multiple pages although it will be printed in its entirety.
  • For example, if your pattern page is formatted as 36” x 127”, you would count that as four pages for printing purposes. (Yes, this is an actual pattern file size.)
• If you are unsure how many pages are in your file
  • Upload the file. Once uploaded the file name will appear below the “Upload File” box
  • Click on the PDF icon to the left of the file name to preview the file
  • Count how many pages it shows (most patterns are at least two pages)
  • Make sure the number to the left of the “Add to Cart” button matches the number of pattern pages to print

Write any notes in the “Customer Notes” field that apply to that pattern.

• Some patterns include a layers feature that allows you to isolate each size. If you include what size(s) you need we will only print those sizes. (No more trying to figure out which line to follow when cutting out your size!)
• If you don’t specify a particular size or your file doesn’t include layers, not all patterns include layers, the pattern will be printed in its entirety.

You will be able to include several patterns in each order.

• Uploading one pattern at a time will ensure we know which Customer Notes apply to which pattern.
• Once you’ve uploaded your first pattern and written any notes, click on “Add to Cart.”  You will automatically be taken to your cart where you will be able to see your notes associated with the file you just uploaded.
  • If you click on “View” it will show you the pattern file.
• The easiest way to add additional patterns is to click on “PDF Pattern Printing” from your cart and start the process again with your next pattern.

We print our patterns on translucent 18lb bond paper. It is slightly lighter weight than copy paper but more durable than tissue while still allowing you to see your fabric through it to help with lining up your pattern.

Some pattern companies use color to differentiate between sizes or design options – our printer will print your pattern in color. (No need to try and figure out which shade of grey line is the one you want!)

Patterns will be folded and shipped with USPS. You will be able to select your shipping service at checkout, including instore pickup. Patterns picked up instore will be rolled.

We are unable to print on demand; orders must be placed online.

• Please allow three days for printing to be completed.
• Once your pattern has been printed, we will notify you with either shipping information or that it is ready for instore pickup.

Please note that as part of our dedication to supporting independent pattern companies and fellow small businesses, it is important to remember that sewing patterns are copyright protected material. If your pattern has a watermark on it along the lines of “exclusively prepared for someone@email.com), that name or email address MUST match the billing name/email address used for your order. If during the process of preparing your file for printing we notice that they don’t match, we will be unable to print the pattern and will notify you that we will be refunding your order.
