Many months later when public health data suggested we could re-open, we introduced
appointment-only shopping to reduce the number of shoppers in our store.
Then, the magic happened.
Our company has always been focused on providing the best customer experience for those in the
Pacific Northwest who need high quality textiles and supplies.
What we have learned from serving our customers through appointment-only shopping is that there is a real
need for even more personalized service! Appointment shopping gives us an opportunity to tailor the experience
uniquely to the needs of each customer.
For customers who are new to their craft, branching out, and even those who have years of experience; we have a
unique opportunity to be a resource of collaboration and quality, and a place where creativity, teamwork and
the finest materials can come together in one place.
Last year we worked hard to respond with resilience. This year we are focusing on reimagining new ways to build
our customer service and ways to continue to provide quality fabrics, notions, and supplies that our customers want.
For this reason, we have decided to continue with appointment-based shopping as part of our promise to provide
the highly skilled, personal service and the quality products you want and need.
Remember, we are not aiming to be Amazon or Joann’s.
