Can I special order things I don’t see on your site?
Definitely! Please fill out a Comment Form on our Contact Us page and be sure to provide your phone number. We will call or email you within 72 business hours with details of how to order the item if it is available.
Can I order a sample of a fabric?
We would be happy to mail you a sample of fabric featured on our website. Please use the Comment Form on our Contact Us page to send us your request. Be sure to include the specific Product ID number for the fabric.
Is there a minimum order online?
Our only minimum is 1/8yd for fabric. Otherwise you may order any amount you need!
Can I call you with an order?
Yes! We gladly accept orders by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time. Please call 1-888-659-0929 to let us know what you would like to order. If we don’t answer, please leave us a message with your name, phone number and the best time of day to call you back. We will return your call Monday through Friday within 48 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, VISA or American Express credit cards as payment for your online purchases.
If I order through your site is my credit card information secure?
When will I receive my order and how will it be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 72 business hours and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We will notify you if we are out of stock or if there will be a delay for any other reason. If UPS does not deliver to your shipping address or if you are shipping to a Post Office Box, please choose USPS delivery.
Please Note: The delivery time quoted when you are checking out is an estimate that comes directly from UPS or USPS. This means that they expect to deliver your order in the time frame given once it has been shipped by us. These delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS or USPS unless 3-Day, Second Day or Next Day Air shipping is purchased. If you have any questions about shipping before or after you place your order, please let us know.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the countries listed below. Please call our Web Order Department at 1-888-659-0929 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions or would like to ship to a country other than those listed.
What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated by weight at the time of your order. Our handling charges are approximately $1.00 per order and are included in the total shipping amount you will see on the “Review Order” page before you finalize and submit your order.
We do not insure domestic orders against loss. If you would like to pay an additional amount to have your order insured, please contact us prior to placing your order or indicate that you would like insurance in the Notes section of your order.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Pacific Fabrics & Crafts is required to charge sales tax in Washington State. Sales tax will be calculated at the time of checkout based upon the shipping destination of your order and will be applied to the total amount of the order including shipping and handling charges. If your order is being shipped to a location within the state of Washington you will be charged sales tax. If your billing address is in the state of Washington and your order is shipped to another state there will be no sales tax charged.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my billing address?
Yes! Please be aware that sales tax will be charged if the shipping address is in the state of Washington.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received and a second email when your order is shipped. If you have any other questions about your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Web Order Department at 1-888-659-0929.
What if I need more of what I just received? Will it still be in stock?
Hopefully! We sell hundreds of yards of fabric each day through our stores and web site and sometimes we buy everything a manufacturer has left! So if you are in need of more, first check to see if the item is still on the website. Use the item number or key words that describe the product to search for it. If you can’t find it there you can use the Comment Form on our Contact Us page to let us know what you need and we will do everything we can to find it for you.
An item in my order is damaged. What should I do?
