Pacific Fabrics & Crafts: Policy and Information About Returns

You may return or exchange merchandise by mail or at any of our stores. We will gladly take back saleable merchandise with a copy of your itemized Packing Slip and the Return Form that came with your order. In order to protect the rights of authors and designers, we are unable to accept returns on patterns and books. Refunds will be issued in the form of your original payment (check or charge) for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please insure and securely pack your return. If you choose not to insure and securely pack your items, Pacific Fabrics & Crafts is not responsible for any damage or loss.

In the case of damaged merchandise, we will make every effort to replace the merchandise and refund standard shipping charges incurred for your return. Please contact our Web Order Department for specific instructions at shopping@pacificfabrics.com or call us toll free at 1-888-659-0929.

If you would like to exchange saleable merchandise, please insure and securely pack your exchange. Indicate on the Return Form that is sent with your order the item(s) you would like sent in exchange for your return. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for shipping costs on your new merchandise.
