Best Friends Forever

Sometimes we see a collection that not only takes our breath away, but captures our hearts at the same time. BFF (Best Friends Forever) from Elizabeth Studio is that kind of collection. But "block" prints are not always easy to use, so what does one do when a collection captures your heart, but your creative design wheels are stuck?
Audrey, our Bremerton store manager pushed right past her deisgn blockage and quickly stitched up two beautiful ways to use this charming collection. The first, BQ by Maple Island , shown above, is such a natural for this print.
Isn't it perfect?! You'll find the pattern at most of our stores.
"But, maybe they'd like something smaller", Audrey thought. So, this lovely version of the Divided by 3 runner became a delightful wall hanging.
Just right! For an even better "close-up", you'll find both of these on display at Bremerton.
Nancy, who leads Block of the Month at our Bellevue store is also a quilt designer and BFF inspired her, too. This wonderful quilt is on display at Bellevue and Nancy wrote up a free pattern you can download by clicking here . Click on the picture above to see a larger image.
You've probably figured it out by now, but these ideas will work for those other "blocks" you're just not sure what to do with, too. Save this post in your favorites or print it out to file and your future design wheel blockages will be pre-solved!
