Thanks, Janice, for letting me know the Catkin fabric by In the Beginning is finally here - I've been saving my fabric dollars and waiting anxiously! Yum, it's so "purr-fect"!
And, you know what else I've been waiting for? Yes, it's Dazzling Doodles - Machine Quilting on Your Machine by Judy Irish. Her blog shows this gorgeous pic which is really similar to the sample at the Everett store! Judy, a nationally known quilter in our area, will be teaching two special seminars at the Everett Pacific Fabrics store on Tuesday August 23rd. She says no experience necessary and that this is a very easy, no stress class, suitable for all levels. I figure if I can get something even half as beautiful as this I'll be in Quilters Heaven! The first class runs from 12:00 to 4:00pm, and the second session runs 5:00 to 9:00pm. You can call the store - 425.353.886, sign up in the store, or on-line under Classes.
