Tuesday Tip - Heat Erasable Marking Pens!
Posted by Debbie Torgerson on Tuesday, July 26th, 2011
Earlier this month, I had a chance to try Frixion Gel Pens from Pilot. I used them to mark the quilting lines in a project that I was machine quilting. They wrote so smoothly and clearly!
After I was done quilting instead of washing or rubbing with a damp cloth, all you have to do is iron! The heat makes all the marking go away like magic.
You'll find them in all our stores in diffferent colors individually for $2.99 each or in sets of eight assorted colors. I LOVE them!

hi, i am interested on Heat or iron erasable pens.by Shivanand.email@example.com on 24 September 2013 at 4:15 a.m.
I triedit on white cotton. Used both pink and orange markers. With warm iron the marks dissappear but when you cool it in the fridge they return. When washed in warm water asnd soap the markings do not reappear with either heat or cold. So if using it on heirloom quilts we probably should wash it as it remains in the fabric until washed.by Sandy on 29 September 2011 at 7:49 p.m.
What will be the best color for dark fabric? thanks. I got the pink one, and it works great on light color, but not so much on the dark ones..:(by Pumpkinp on 29 September 2011 at 7:39 p.m.
