Don't be shocked, but - if you're going to get your quilts done in time for the holiday gifting season, you need to start NOW. The big C day and all the jolly Christmas fun is just 5 months away. Maybe just the cutting needs to be started, but at the VERY least the planning must be done. Don't worry, though - I'm here to help!
The enchanting beauty of Laurel Burch' designs is stunningly captured in Holiday Celebration from Clothworks. A re-design of past artistry created by Laurel, this fabulously colorful collection premiered to the applause of loyal Laurel Burch fans. We think you'll find it warmly appeals to the emerging generation of fans, too. And isn't this Holiday Celebration Quilt delightful?! You'll find the pattern by clicking here and the Holiday Celebration fabrics shown above at all our stores. Oh, I just love these! Even a "non-quilter" could stitch up a lovely batch of seasonal gifts from these wonderful paper foundation pieced patterns. Hearthsewn's On the Docket pattern series features charmingly perfect mini-quilts for every occasion. Summer on the Docket, shown above, contains June: Dad Stuff, July: Star-Spangled Banner Birdhouse, August: Fancy Flip-Flops. Finished Quilts are 8" x 12" -such a sweet size! Rolling on into Autumn on the Docket, you'll find September: "Leaves Topiary"; October: "Puss & Pumpkin"; November: "Wheat Sheaf & Star" Aren't the cross-stitched month tags adorable? Winter on the Docket contains December: "Welcome Wreath"; January: "Warm Hand Mittens"; February: "A Collection of Hearts". You'll find the patterns at all our stores and, if you haven't been, Chris Claus will show them "live" at Christmas in July. And finally the Spring on the Docket pattern offers March: "Shamrock Hi-Flyer"; April: "Tulip Basket"; May: ":A Mother's Apron-Strings".
