Texture Magic Package

If you're looking for a little texture for your sewing or quilting project, I highly recommend Texture Magic! I've been working with Texture Magic for quite awhile now and I really love it!

Texture Magic Sample

Simply sew the Texture Magic fabric to the back of your fabric, steam it and watch it magically shrink about 30%! Doesn't it look cool? It's really easy to do and I've had great success using it on lots of different kinds of fabrics including cotton, velvet and silk. At Christmas time, I textured the cuffs of a velvet stocking and it was gorgeous!

Feeling Patriotic pattern from By Annie

Since we have a patriotic holiday coming up, you can stitch up a textured pillow or wall hanging from By Annie's pattern Feeling Patriotic. Annie loves Texture Magic and uses it to add some pizazz to the white stripes and stars. Her directions are great and you can put together your own red, white and blue celebration in no time!

You'll find Texture Magic in all our stores by the yard or in a 1/2 yard package that will take you through most projects. Give it a try and let me know what you make! You can post a picture on our Brag Photos page or leave me a comment here. And for more info on making magic, take a look at this page from Superior Threads, makers of Texture Magic: http://www.superiorthreads.com/shop/category/texture-magic/videos/

Have fun!
